1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using Zenty InfoSec Hub ('the Service') hosted under ctar.tech, the subscribing entity ('Customer') agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use and all related operating rules.

2. Tenant Responsibility & Access

Each tenant organization is solely responsible for managing credentials, setting role privileges, ensuring secure API keys, and auditing employee access to confidential compliance reports.

3. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for cloud dashboard operations, backed by Vercel global edge routing and Neon serverless database resilience. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance.
